We recently have a fibreglass pool installed with Barrier reef pools. The process from start to finish has been amazing. The communication was exceptional and timely. All timeframes were met and the only delays we had were due to us not being ready and no fault of the pool company. It was honestly a stress free process. The pool looks amazing and we are so happy with the pool and the amazing service we had. Everyone we dealt with was great. Honestly can’t fault anything

From the moment we walked into the Factory Pools showroom, the sales team made us feel completely at ease . they were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on finding the right pool for us rather than just making a sale. Every step of the process was communicated clearly and professionally, with no surprises along the way. The installation crew were absolutely brilliant, arriving on time, working efficiently, and leaving the site spotless. Watching our backyard transform so quickly and seamlessly was truly impressive. Handover was thorough and unhurried . the team walked us through everything we needed to know and made sure we were completely confident before they left. We had an awesome experience! It started with Kathy at Factory Pools in O’Conner, she was so helpful in explaining everything in our situation. Then we met with Don, fantastic that he was in guiding us with our way that we could understand everything we needed to know about pools. Installation went smoothly! Damon the site supervisor was on hand making the dig, the crane flow nicely. Thomas the installer! Awesome 😊 Perfect man for the job! Then on handover, Ben the technician showed us the ins and outs of the pool pump/filter/ water testing! Thank You. A special Thanks to Rachael. Back of house! The customer service team, were always happy to help. Apologies if I missed anyone!!

I used Factory pools O'Conner for the second time. They were good when i installed my pool 2019 and they are even better this time. Everything from start to finish was flawless. Excellent customer service. No hidden extra cost. Don from sales team was excellent. Very honest regarding everything . The site supervisor and install team very efficient. They promised pool install before christmas and they delivered as per their promise. If i need to install the pool a third time, without any hesitation i will use them again.
