We recently have a fibreglass pool installed with Barrier reef pools. The process from start to finish has been amazing. The communication was exceptional and timely. All timeframes were met and the only delays we had were due to us not being ready and no fault of the pool company. It was honestly a stress free process. The pool looks amazing and we are so happy with the pool and the amazing service we had. Everyone we dealt with was great. Honestly can’t fault anything

Superb. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout. Matt was knowledgeable without being 'salesy', and readily contactable (and patient!) when we were making decisions, making sire we got what was right for us. Kerry and the team looked after us during and after, ensuring all the various contractors were communicated with and delivered on time. Jayden talked us through the site and made sure we were good to go, and Glen made sure the install went without a hitch and was a great source of hints and tips. The pool crane operators even let my daughter sit in the cab - all switched off of course - that really made her day! A pleasure to deal with, highly recommended

We had a good experience with Factory Pools Perth Mandurah. Matt was a great help as I had a few concerns about the proposed install location. Overall easy to deal with, kept us updated throughout the installation, and answered any questions we had. The pool was installed professionally, and we're happy with the final result. Overall, a positive experience.
