Factory Pools Perth Reviews

I can't express enough just how professional and friendly the whole team were on our pool installation, from start to finish they were fantastic.

I received great service from Matty. If you need a pool, ask for Matty. What he doesn't know about pools isn't worth knowing.

Factory pools have been very good and patient with our job should have gone in jan 2026 but only has just now they have been so good and the supervisors Luke and Brett coming out all the time we finally got there has been a long process but very patient company

We have now completed handover of our Island 7 pool, so happy with the experience, consistent quality and communication throughout a complex process. Well assembled and high calibre team from James in Sales, our dig operator, Josh Site, Jake and Thomas install , David at handover, Neah in customer service and Jinny accounts. Exceptional customer service, quality and value. Highly recommend!

Great service from Factory Pools. Install team were great.

We recently had our pool installed by Factory Pools O'Connor, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

From our very first interaction with Don in Sales through to the installation team and the final handover, the level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail was exceptional. The whole process was seamless and ran exactly as promised, with no unexpected issues or surprises along the way.

Every stage was clearly explained, and all information was provided in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand manner. No question was ever left unanswered and the team was always happy to help and provide guidance whenever needed.

The installation crew were efficient, professional, and took great pride in their work and the handover process ensured we felt confident and informed about everything moving forward.

A big thank you to entire Factory Pools team. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and would highly recommend Factory Pools O'Connor to anyone considering getting a pool.

Absolutely great experience with this business! Site supervisor has some suggestions to make the install easier and it went well. All the installation team were great. Great communication from the office and admin team.

As they had the design and colour my wife liked....Had a fantastic experience getting a pool installed through this business. From go to woe, it was great. Communication was outstanding right throughout the whole process. The site supervisor was fantastic with his suggestions to move the pool a little to make the installation easier were greatly appreciated. The onsite installation team was fantastic to deal with.

Wonderful service from Lauren at Factory Pools Mandurah

Really happy with the whole process. The showroom is always busy but they still make the time to see you and help you out.
Everything went really smoothly from start to finish with no issues, and they made the whole process really easy. Would definitely recommend!

Very smooth process from start to finish. The team at Factory pools were great to deal with and checked in on the project every stop of the way. Everything was completed within 3 weeks in a timely and efficient manner and only had to take minimal time away from work. All contractors were very professional, friendly and did a great job. Would definitely recommend factory pools.

Working with Factory Pools was the easiest thing I have ever done, the team at Factory Pools was great and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Factory Pools to anyone.

We were so nervous about heading into such a large project without having any idea about pools what so ever. Their team couldnt have been more helpful and efficient. Communication was great with office, the team onsite were so good and respectful. Just made the entire project go so smooth and stress free!

Communication and attention to detail, they were always happy to answer any question or concerns we had.
After the pool was installed follow up from the company was excellent
Our overall experience went above and beyond.

Factory Pools were amazing, we found them at the pool show and knew nothing about pools. They did everything for us and the pool looks stunning. Every step of the way was super easy. Really appreciate it and cant wait for summer!

Professional service from start to finish, communication relating to all stages of the installation was excellent

Very happy with the installation of our new pool through factory pools. Don, Kerry and our site supervisor Damon were lovely, responsive, professional.
We are on a tiny block which presented some challenges but the process was smooth and we felt reassured by the professional service we received

Recently installed an 8x4m cottesloe by factory pool perth - great experience start to finish, kept informed, clean and efficient install, detailed handover. Happy with the finished result and have already recommended to our neighbours!

We recently have a fibreglass pool installed with Barrier reef pools. The process from start to finish has been amazing. The communication was exceptional and timely. All timeframes were met and the only delays we had were due to us not being ready and no fault of the pool company. It was honestly a stress free process. The pool looks amazing and we are so happy with the pool and the amazing service we had. Everyone we dealt with was great. Honestly can’t fault anything

Superb. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout. Matt was knowledgeable without being 'salesy', and readily contactable (and patient!) when we were making decisions, making sire we got what was right for us. Kerry and the team looked after us during and after, ensuring all the various contractors were communicated with and delivered on time. Jayden talked us through the site and made sure we were good to go, and Glen made sure the install went without a hitch and was a great source of hints and tips. The pool crane operators even let my daughter sit in the cab - all switched off of course - that really made her day! A pleasure to deal with, highly recommended

We had a good experience with Factory Pools Perth Mandurah. Matt was a great help as I had a few concerns about the proposed install location. Overall easy to deal with, kept us updated throughout the installation, and answered any questions we had. The pool was installed professionally, and we're happy with the final result. Overall, a positive experience.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Factory Pools Perth. The handover guy was particularly good; he spent time with us making sure we understood how to operate the pool going forward and handed it over in pristine condition! Can't wait for summertime to swim in the pool!

Delivered a fantastic pool on time with no fuss

6x3 Pool installed- Fantastic service throughout.

Our experience with Factory Pools Perth Joondalup has been fantastic. From the very beginning, Ben was exceptional throughout the sales process. He provided a detailed and transparent quote, answered all of our questions, and took the time to explain what to expect throughout the entire project. This was crucial in helping us decide whether installing a pool was the right move for our family, both financially and in terms of timing.

Like any project, we experienced a few minor issues along the way regarding booking dates and some extra sand left on site. However, this is where Luke, our Site Manager, truly stood out. He was absolutely outstanding. Even under what I could see was a great deal of pressure, he always made us feel looked after and went above and beyond to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his commitment to delivering a great outcome gave us complete peace of mind.

Ben and Luke are the reason for my 5-star review. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care made all the difference. They didn't just deliver a pool—they delivered a positive experience for our family.

Thank you both for making it happen. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Factory Pools Perth Joondalup.

From the moment we walked into the Factory Pools showroom, the sales team made us feel completely at ease . they were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on finding the right pool for us rather than just making a sale. Every step of the process was communicated clearly and professionally, with no surprises along the way. The installation crew were absolutely brilliant, arriving on time, working efficiently, and leaving the site spotless. Watching our backyard transform so quickly and seamlessly was truly impressive. Handover was thorough and unhurried . the team walked us through everything we needed to know and made sure we were completely confident before they left. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience and would recommend Factory Pools without hesitation to anyone looking to add a pool to their home

We had a great experience with Factory Pools from start to finish, highly recommend

Every interaction with the customer support team was friendly, professional and responsive, making us feel confident every step of the way.

A special mention has to go to Travis, our installer. He was absolutely exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and took incredible pride in his work. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering a perfect result really stood out. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond and Travis did exactly that. I honestly can't speak highly enough of him.

The contractors were fantastic, the workmanship exceeded our expectations and the finished pool looks amazing. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, value and outstanding service.

A massive thank you to Factory Pools (barrier Reef Pools) Mandurah, all the amazing teams involved making it all happen; Sales (Matt), Head Office Communications, pool installer (Alden), Site Supervisor (Jayden), dig crew, the crane crew, and every contractor involved for making the entire pool installation such a smooth, streamlined, and stress-free experience.
Thank you!

My experience from the initial salesperson DON to the installation and communication from the office staff and site manager was excellent and I would highly recommend factory pools to anyone.

We had an awesome experience! It started with Kathy at Factory Pools in O’Conner, she was so helpful in explaining everything in our situation. Then we met with Don, fantastic that he was in guiding us with our way that we could understand everything we needed to know about pools. Installation went smoothly! Damon the site supervisor was on hand making the dig, the crane flow nicely. Thomas the installer! Awesome 😊 Perfect man for the job! Then on handover, Ben the technician showed us the ins and outs of the pool pump/filter/ water testing! Thank You. A special Thanks to Rachael. Back of house! The customer service team, were always happy to help. Apologies if I missed anyone!!

It was a great experience working with Factory Pools, from speculatively swinging by the show site to handover the experience was very smooth. At each stage the information provided and knowledge was first class. We now have the pool of our dreams. Thank you so much.

Very good customer service and quality product

We recently had our pool installed by Factory Pools and couldn’t be happier with the result. From the initial consultation through to completion, the whole process was professional, efficient, and stress-free.

The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated with us clearly throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Damon, the site supervisor, for all his help during the initial dig. We’re so glad we chose this company.

I had a great experience with factory pools from start to finish! All the departments I worked with provided exceptional service. Neha our client liaison was thorough and provided lots of details and called me through the process (even if I was a little tricky to get hold of via the phone). Luke the site inspector went above and beyond to ensure the pool installation was at the right depth for the instal. Without his perfection and attention to detail we may not have come out with pristine look. Finally, Paul the hand over guy was amazing and safe to say he will probably be in our life forever helping out maintain the pool. Appreciate everyone who make the process to easy and seamless. I would highly recommend.

Extremely happy with our pool install.
From start to finish everything has been well managed, clearly communicated and dealt with on time.
Our Sales Rep James was patient and well knowledgeable and answered all questions which helped guide us on making the right pool choice for us.
Once initial site inspection was complete, we were guided through the process and next steps and surprised everything happened on time.
The Pool install itself was so well managed, you wouldn't even know it was happening. There were no disruptions or delays and site was left very clean.

Would definitely recommend Factory Pools to anyone.

From the moment we visited the display centre and spoke with the staff there, we received a very professional and informative experience. We learned all we had to know as first-time pool buyers, and the entire process was clearly explained. Very happy with our choice and very much looking forward to Summer, although the heater will get a run in the cooler months also. Thanks team!

Recently had ‘The Cove 7’ pool installed by Factory Pools Perth. They were excellent to deal with from the sale of our swimming pool to the handover. The whole process went so smooth without a hitch. Thanks to Matt and girls from Mandurah, Kerry and head office staff, supervisor Jayden, the dig guys, the installation team Carlo and boys and all involved for their professionalism. Couldn’t be more happier and would highly recommend this company.

We Used Factory Pools Mandurah and couldn’t fault them at all. Great experience from sales, through installation and handover. The team we all great to deal with, highly recommend.

Miranda was very helpful when initially deciding on a pool and location. Very easy to get along with and gave good advice. Pool install was a smooth process. The guys installing it was respectful of the house leaving the site clear and tidy. Also helpful with fitting our temp fencing as husband was away! Would use Factory pools again for any future installs.

Outstanding from start to finish. Especially Miranda at Joondalup display office

We recently had our pool completed and could not be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the team was professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. They kept us informed throughout every stage of the process and made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and exciting.

The quality of workmanship is outstanding and the finished pool has completely transformed our outdoor space. The attention to detail, cleanliness of the site, and overall customer service really stood out to us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered quickly and honestly.

We’ve already had so many compliments from family and friends, and we’re looking forward to making years of memories around the pool. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a pool installation. Thank you again for creating such an amazing space for our family!

Very happy with our factory pool pools from sale to install.

From the get go it was fairly easy to choose and order our new pool. Customer service was good, and queries were responded to in a timely manner. Pool installation went well. The team who operated the cranes and the delivery drivers were all very professional and pleasant. Clearly know their jobs. Our installer, Raf, was fantastic. He knows what he’s doing. He works so hard and gave us some great tips during the process. Billing has been a little bit of an issue. We’ve been charged for variations I am still querying as at no stage of the pool installation were we told there would be extra charges. Also awaiting a credit on our account which hasn’t been deducted. I’m sure that will be sorted. Two concerns - we’ve had multiple warranty claims on the equipment since it was installed which is frustrating and has us feeling a little concerned about ongoing issues in to the future. Time will tell. Also, I’d be very careful about selecting a pool colour from the website which shows pool shell and water colours. Our pool doesn’t reflect the images we viewed online, at all. So we are disappointed we didn’t receive the colour we were expecting. I’d recommend visiting a display to see colours in real life. I’d recommend FPP but would give these tips in advance.

Great experience having chosen our Pool from, Factory Pools, Perth. All time expectations were met and would be happy to recommend Factory Pools to anyone thinking of installing a Pool.

Happy with our purchase. Ben at Joondalup was a very helpful salesman not pushy at all. Damien our supervisor was fabulous too. We love our new pool.

Excellent experience with Factory Pools Perth

What really stood out was the great teamwork between the different sections of the company — everything felt well coordinated and professionally managed. The construction process was efficient, completed in a timely manner, and the site was kept clean and tidy throughout.
Overall, a smooth and stress‑free experience with a high‑quality result. We would happily recommend Factory Pools Perth to anyone looking to build a new pool.

Very professional service with any minor issues that arose along the way being rectified quickly and without any problems. Loving the new pool!

Had our pool completed last week, not quite done till the concrete is completed, had nothing but the best experience from the time Matt from Mandurah come out till handover, everyone involved where great, and no hidden costs, would recommend Barrier Reef pools to everyone looking for a stress free and professional job.
Thanks guys.

Great job from start to finish great team to work with pool looks great

Our experience dealing with Factory Pools Perth was truly amazing. From initial contact to completion we received nothing but fantastic customer service every step of the way. The pool looks amazing and communications, always followed up with a professional and friendly approach, were consistent and five star. We highly recommend Factory Pools Perth.

We're extremely easy to deal with and the whole process was smooth start to finish.

We recently had our pool installed by Factory Pools Mandurah and couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.

From the start, everything felt really straight forward. They helped us work through the design without and the whole process just ran smoothly. The crew were great to deal with and trades always on time.

They helped with little things like positioning the pool light so it faces away from the house (so we’re not blinded at night) stuff you wouldn’t even think of, but makes such a difference.

The pool has completely changed our backyard and we’re already getting heaps of use out of it.

Pretty good experience. Few minor gripes but overall good customer service and the pool itself is well made. Id recommend using them.

Fantastic company. Was a smooth and painless experience. So well managed, organised and no problems. All the staff were amazing full of information, on time, clean and polite. Would recommend!

Factory Pools was a great team to work with from start to finish. From meeting Don in the sales office, to the excellent customer service and accounts support from Kerry, to the installation team led by Jayden, with the bobcat operator, expertly installed by Steve, and finished with cleaning and commissioning by Simon, everyone was helpful, polite, and professional. The quality of both their work and service was outstanding and we were made to feel very special along the way!

The whole process of getting our pool was excellent, the salesman was great, the whole installation team was absolutely amazing, the plumbers electricians and the excavation man were all fantastic, the handover guy was very good and all the office workers were extremely professional and helpful, all up the whole experience couldn't have been any better. Thank you Sam and Kelly Da Silva

Highly recommend the team we had for our pool installation. Especially happy with the height they advised for concreting.

Loving our Factory Pool.

I had nothing but clear communication throughout the whole experience from first conversations with Ben at Joondalup, through to pool handover. The installation went smoothly. Everything works well. Great team. Loving our new pool.

BRP shell was delivered as expected and the colour was perfect even better with water in. Very solid and was installed with care.

Our pool purchase and installation was seamless and we couldn't fault anything. Thank you so much for our great pool we love it

Great product. Knowledgeable, helpful sales team. Amazing installation team, professional, clean and efficient. Pool was dug, installed, plumbed and running in two days ! A very pleasant experience. Very satisfied customer.

Just had the Stradbroke pool installed by factory pools O’Connor, and had a great experience from quote to handover, glad there are still companies that provide genuinely good quality service. The whole process was seamless, communication was fantastic, and they took care with the install and my new house even with narrow 900mm side access. Very happy and would recommend.

Factory pools were amazing, every step of the purchase, delivery, installion and hand over was easy and stress free

Everyone was easy to deal with. Ben from Factory Pools Joondalup came to our home and help with getting the right pool design for our awkward backyard shape. Lots of communication and always happy to answer any question we had. The install team was great organising the install to fit with our work schedule. As we had to use rear neighbours yard for access and we had a dig delay with hitting rock they were able to get everything sorted promptly for us.

I used Factory pools O'Conner for the second time. They were good when i installed my pool 2019 and they are even better this time. Everything from start to finish was flawless. Excellent customer service. No hidden extra cost. Don from sales team was excellent. Very honest regarding everything . The site supervisor and install team very efficient. They promised pool install before christmas and they delivered as per their promise. If i need to install the pool a third time, without any hesitation i will use them again.

We purchased the Madena and are absolutely in love. These guys made the process so easy from start to finish. Great communication and quality - thank you 🤩

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Factory Pools Perth! From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional and stress-free. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to answer our questions.

The installation was completed on time, the workmanship is outstanding, and the final result looks absolutely amazing. Our backyard has been completely transformed and the pool is even better than we imagined.

Thank you to the entire Factory Pools Perth team for such a great experience – we highly recommend them to anyone considering installing a pool!

We had a fantastic experience with Factory Pools from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, well organised and clearly communicated at every stage. The team was professional, reliable and easy to deal with, which made what can be a stressful build feel straightforward and stress-free.

The quality of workmanship is outstanding and the finished pool looks amazing — exactly what we hoped for. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.

We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Factory Pools to anyone considering a new pool. Thanks again to the entire team for an excellent job!

Good experience. Provided a detailed quote with inclusions listed and explained well. Very clear of the max cost, rather than getting surprises later on. We didn't have the easiest setup with only 900mm access and long block, but all doable. Was quite a bit of project management between the groups but went well. Happy with the result.

What a great experience from start to handover. From the moment we met Don at O’Connor and all the people that have been to our home, the handover showing us how to use all our new toys, to the admin support from Kerry. It just all went so smoothly. It is a huge project putting a pool in and glad we chose the right company and people to help us in this adventure! We found it really important that we had good people help us through this, and they did it in sweltering heat, always good for a chat and keeping us informed. It’s over us now to get into landscaping and making it magic but they’ve set us up for success!

We are extremely impressed with our pool installation from start to finish. The team was professional, reliable, and supportive throughout the entire process, keeping us informed and making everything feel smooth and stress-free. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. We truly felt supported every step of the way and couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommended.
Don helped us with sales. Our install team (Alden) and Jayden were excellent.

Very professional operation from the quote to completion.
Thanks too to Hoera, Riki, Corey and Tumana, there were a pleasure to have on site.
It is rare to find a company & people who genuinely care about they are doing & take pride in their work.

The sales team were excellent with their suggestions, advice and knowledge. The install had a few hiccups, however these were managed in a timely manner. The team has been very helpful post install as well. We are really happy with the end product. Thanks Factory Pools.

Thrilled! Ready for Summer! Delightful service and lovely capable, confident staff. These people have done this many times and have a service experience which I don’t think can be beaten. We believe in procedures which result in a good customer service experience and this company has it! I would definitely recommend and use again.

I bought my pool from Factory Pools O'Connor in August 2025 and what a great experience I have had. From the moment I walked into the showroom, to the truck driver delivering my pool, to the father son who installed the pool, plumbed and levelled the pool, the site Supervisor and lastly the final clean. Everything went smoothly and I had no issues at all. If you are thinking of purchasing a pool, speak to Dom and his team at Factory Pools O'Connor, they will not disappoint you.
The pool is used nearly everyday by my grand children and with the new mineral pool pump and self chlorinating and acid, perfect for me to use.

Very happy with the overall service and quality of the install. We shopped around a bit and others seemed to be over promising on what we could safely fit within our constraints. Though after meeting with Don, his experience and advice assured us that the leash he was imposing on us would save us from a world of hurt in the future.

From start to finish the comms has been impeccable. There will undoubtedly be some issues that arise with a job this size, but the measure of a good company to me is how well they respond to those issues, and Factory Pools/BRP has passed with flying colours.

I’ll be going straight to them if we ever are in need of a pool.

Great experience from start to finish, you hear alot of pool install horror stories but theyve been great to deal with the whole way through.

Cant wait for summer

Factory pools joondalup was fantastic. I had no issues at all. The trades were great. I am very happy with my pool. Thank you to all involved. You were amazing.

Factory Pools – Highly Recommended

From start to finish, our experience with Factory Pools was as smooth as it gets. Everything went exactly as planned with no setbacks or surprises. All the trades were clean, professional, and respectful of our property, and we genuinely had zero hassle throughout the entire process.

Communication was excellent the whole way through — we were always kept in the loop and knew exactly what was happening at each stage.

Couldn’t be happier with the end result and the overall experience. Highly recommend Factory Pools to anyone looking for a stress-free pool installation.

Open honest dialogue from start to finish.

We are very happy with our Cervantes 5 pool, purchased through Factory pools Joondalup. It was a very positive experience and we are very happy with all aspects of the purchase from the initial contact with Miranda at the display centre, through to the earthworks and installation and subsequent hand over. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and helpful, answering every question we had, as first time pool owners and supporting us all the way through. We would 100% recommend Factory Pools, due to the service we received.

From start to finish factory pools where great to deal with. All on time and answered all questions when needed. highly recommend to everyone

Great Product and reasonably priced. The service is what makes this company stand out. They will make every effort to ensure they provide a service customers desire

Very Happy with our pool from Factory Pools. All staff and friendly and helpful.

We are very happy with our experience with Factory Pools Joondalup. Everything ran on time and to schedule, which made the whole process stress-free. Communication was consistent and any potential setbacks were explained to us well in advance, which we really appreciated.

The only hiccup we had was an issue with our pump, but this was quickly rectified under warranty. Ben was excellent in the initial planning stages and during site visits, providing clear advice and guidance.

A special shout-out goes to Rachael, who was absolutely fabulous throughout. She kept us updated every step of the way, followed up promptly when our pump was being replaced, and made sure the third-party company did everything required. Her professionalism and genuine care stood out.

Overall, we are very pleased with the entire process and would happily recommend Factory Pools Joondalup to anyone considering installing a pool.

Pool install had a hiccup with collapse of a retaining wall during excavation. Initial communication was very poor and we felt we were left hanging. Once factory pools came to the table, everything was easy again. Sales room staff were great, as were pre installation team. Installers were all decent guys, we just felt uncomfortable with how they handled the collapse off the retaining wall and how defensive they were and reluctant to accept responsibility. This all changed when we presented a solution, but there was very little initiative on their part in the beginning.

Brilliant experience with Factory O’Connor - from Don and Kathy in the showroom who answered my endless questions, to instal and handover. Communication has been great, there were no hidden costs at all throughout the whole process and everyone arrived when they said they would during instal and it all ran like clockwork. I also have to thank Cherie in planning/compliance who was amazing when I had some boundary fencing questions because of my unhinged neighbour and reassured me about the process (which was basically that Factory took care of everything). So happy with the process and finished product.

We recently had a pool installed from the team in O'Connor, from dealing with Don, to handover from Chris, Factory pools have been a pleasure to deal with. They always left the site in great condition and we are really pleased with the end finish - thank you to the team for the memories that are going to be created for our family !

I recently had the Cervantes 6 installed, and the team from factory pools made the process very easy. On excavation and install day the guys worked through inclement weather to get the job completed. I would recommend factory pools to anyone.

Great communication from start to finish. We were always kept informed about what was happening and when. We love our new pool.

From start to finish these guys were amazing! Such an easy smooth process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to install a pool. Absolutely fantastic.

Factory Pool... what a fantastic experience. communication between the office, site supervisor and installer were fantastic. Absolute no drama, everything went smooth and on time. The staff should be commended for their services. Highly rated company and highly recommended.

Great experience with Factory Pools Perth. From start to finish they were very professional and easy to deal with. My pool looks amazing and cant wait until summer!

Extremely satisfied with our new pool from
Factory Pools Perth. Our sales consultant was Tony from the Mandurah office. He really helped us narrow down our choices and solved any questions/queries we had. Communication from Kerry in head office was great. Our site supervisor Matt and our pool installer Lawrence were really professional. We cannot wait to enjoy our pool in summer.

Pool is great and they handled everything end to end from the moment we walked into the showroom to final handover.

We recently had our pool installed by Factory Pools Perth and couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth, professional, and—most impressively—completed ahead of schedule! The team kept us informed every step of the way and delivered exactly what was promised. The pool looks fantastic and has completely transformed our backyard. Highly recommend Factory Pools Perth for anyone looking for quality, efficiency, and great service.

I had a great experience with Factory Pools Perth/ Barrier reef group. They were professional, efficient, and delivered exactly what they promised. The installation was smooth, on schedule, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for anyone considering a new pool.

Great quality products, friendly helpful staff with great communication. Guys did a gr8 installation with everything working perfectly 👌

We walked in one weekend and they attended to our queries and gave us options. Staff weren’t pushy and very informative. The timeline of the predicted install date was also accurate. Site visit was scheduled as soon as the deposit was paid and no hidden charges. Guys showed up on time and all professional. Everything was on schedule and quoted price. We are very happy with the experience. Thank you to everyone that made our pool journey as easy as possible!

Great customer service all throughout. The process was smooth and everyone we dealt with was awesome. Thank you to the team!

It was a pleasure working with the team during our pool installation. Don was exceptionally friendly and informative, making the entire sales process seamless. The pool was installed just a month after the purchase, and the installation went even more smoothly. Everyone involved—the customer liaison officer, the site supervisor, installer, and handover specialist—was fantastic.

We had such a great experience with Don from Factory Pools O’Connor! He helped us design not only the pool but also the surrounding landscaping, which made the whole process so much easier. Don gave us solid advice around pool fencing and compliance—stuff we wouldn’t have known ourselves—and made sure everything ticked the boxes.

What really impressed us was how fast the whole installation was. Everything from the dig, crane, electrical, and handover was booked in one after the other like clockwork. No delays or waiting around, and the best part? They managed to install the pool a whole month earlier than originally planned!

Can’t recommend Don and the team enough—made the process smooth, fast, and stress-free.

We started our journey with Amy who answered all our initial queries and made recommendations on their “essential plus” package that gave us even better value and gave us confidence in the company and their customer service.

A few weeks later we visited Mandurah and finalised things with Dave and whilst disappointed with a May install date we understood we were late to the summer party. Then we got the call that they had a cancellation and could accommodate us almost two months earlier, happy day!

The installation was managed by Matt who was courteous, timely and listened to our requests and accommodated most of them, thanks Matt! Our dig did hit rock and obviously that ended up costing more but we understood that could happen and fortunately was only one day. Kerry and also the accounts team helped the journey positively as well with their timely communication, thanks.

Arlen finished the installation and was one of the most professional we have met ensuring we were informed as he managed the final days and again listened to our requests on the equipment positioning, great job!

Gary came in for the final clean and handover and left us with a clean pool and (mostly!) understanding the complexity of our system.

We are looking forward to many years of happy swimming!

Dave and the team at the Factory Pools Perth Mandurah display Centre were very helpful and informative throughout the process, once handed over to the head office team at Barrier Reef, the experience remained as equally pleasant.

We have just had our second pool installed by Factory pools and just like the first are very happy with the end result. From the sales team through to the final clean and handover, everything went to plan, and we were kept informed of the process along the way. If we ever need a third pool install, we know where we will be going back to.

Extremely satisfied ! Factory pools have been great from start to finish, we couldn’t fault them. Our sales consultant Tony was wonderful and answered all questions we had. There was no hidden costs!! Our site supervisor and pool installer went above and beyond for our pool install and everything went smoothly. The site was left clean, tidy and the handover for our pool was done 2 weeks later. We are super happy with our experience with Factory pools and highly recommend them

A lot of pools on display here, some small some large.

Used factory pools as we thought they were the best around for the money. Had a good contemporary range for less than some of the competitors. Had to wait a while for installation but that was expected. Installation day finally came. Site supervisor explained what was going to happen and informed us we would probably hit rock so we would have to pay extra for an excavator. He was right so that was fine. Had some other unexpected costs for sand dumping fees which we were not that happy about as we found somewhere close by for them to take it where they didn’t have to pay...

The next part of the installation was done by James the builder. He was very efficient and punctual, and got the job done quickly. After the pool was filled we then had to wait a week for the electrician to come and connect the pump etc.

Overall I would totally recommend factory pools, only a little gripe where it was quite difficult to get in touch with the pool liason person at times which was a little frustrating. Oh and we are still waiting for the pool cover so hopefully it won’t take too long.

Very happy with our purchase from Factory Pools Perth. Dave from Mandurah was a pleasure doing business with. Pool went in on time and without a hassle just in time for Summer.

I can not thank these guys enough from getting help with size of pool color and layout. Install was in time and great team of installers and very professional 👏 Thank you

We are very happy with our new pool. I was worried about having a pool installed but the staff at Factory Pools Perth made the whole process stress-free and a positive experience. Support and communication was great with installation being completed a lot quicker than we expected. Our pool is just how we wanted it and is easy to use and maintain. I'm glad we chose Factory Pools Perth.

I was recommended by a friend to use Factory Pools due to their pricing being very competitive in the current market. Great range of pool designs and sizes, friendly staff with excellent customer service. I had the help and support all the way through from choosing my pool, install and handover. I'm very happy with my pool and would recommend using Factory Pools for your pool choice.

Great service from all staff involved. Excellent price. Couldn’t be happier with our installation process!
