We are very happy with our experience with Factory Pools Joondalup. Everything ran on time and to schedule, which made the whole process stress-free. Communication was consistent and any potential setbacks were explained to us well in advance, which we really appreciated.

The only hiccup we had was an issue with our pump, but this was quickly rectified under warranty. Ben was excellent in the initial planning stages and during site visits, providing clear advice and guidance.

A special shout-out goes to Rachael, who was absolutely fabulous throughout. She kept us updated every step of the way, followed up promptly when our pump was being replaced, and made sure the third-party company did everything required. Her professionalism and genuine care stood out.

Overall, we are very pleased with the entire process and would happily recommend Factory Pools Joondalup to anyone considering installing a pool.

Pool install had a hiccup with collapse of a retaining wall during excavation. Initial communication was very poor and we felt we were left hanging. Once factory pools came to the table, everything was easy again. Sales room staff were great, as were pre installation team. Installers were all decent guys, we just felt uncomfortable with how they handled the collapse off the retaining wall and how defensive they were and reluctant to accept responsibility. This all changed when we presented a solution, but there was very little initiative on their part in the beginning.

Brilliant experience with Factory O’Connor - from Don and Kathy in the showroom who answered my endless questions, to instal and handover. Communication has been great, there were no hidden costs at all throughout the whole process and everyone arrived when they said they would during instal and it all ran like clockwork. I also have to thank Cherie in planning/compliance who was amazing when I had some boundary fencing questions because of my unhinged neighbour and reassured me about the process (which was basically that Factory took care of everything). So happy with the process and finished product.

We recently had a pool installed from the team in O'Connor, from dealing with Don, to handover from Chris, Factory pools have been a pleasure to deal with. They always left the site in great condition and we are really pleased with the end finish - thank you to the team for the memories that are going to be created for our family !

I recently had the Cervantes 6 installed, and the team from factory pools made the process very easy. On excavation and install day the guys worked through inclement weather to get the job completed. I would recommend factory pools to anyone.
